How can I make a purchase?

Shopping at PALÉTTE is easy:

Login to www.palettecosmetics.com
To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure
Checkout’

Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (NO PO BOX), click on ‘Proceed to
Purchase’ to choose your preferred payment method
Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not
confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

Are the product color swatches accurate?

Every effort has been made to ensure the color swatches are as realistic as possible. These are
a helpful shopping guide, however the shades may vary depending on the device you are using
to view the site.


Can I order samples or testers online?

Currently we don't offer samples or testers online.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.

How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the
Order Confirmation.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We understand how exciting it is to receive orders on time. However, we are unable to amend
any orders as we process orders immediately when the payment is already confirmed.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you
have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please chat to our Line

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it has been marked as “processing”.

How can I check status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please login to your account at
http://www.palettecosmetics.com/ , click on “my account” in the top right hand corner of the page,
click on “my orders” on the left hand side of the page, and then view your most current order.


What do I do when items in my cart are SOLD OUT?

We know how annoying it is when your favorite items are sold out. In order to know when the
product is back in stock, we suggest clicking “Waitlist Me” located on the top right of our
website. You will then receive an automated email as soon as the item is available.


What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

Please contact us immediately at contact@palettecosmetics.com with your order number,
details and an image of the faulty items received. Please don’t discard the items as we will need
it to be sent back to our Warehouse. Read more on the return and exchange policy.

Palettecosmetics.com prides it self in providing a safe and secure shopping experience. Your
personal information is kept in secure and private during the entire purchase process.
I am having problems logging into my account
If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognised please
follow the steps below:
Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will need to close and open a new browser after 30 minutes to resign in.

Are your products authentic?

No doubt! We assure you that all products we sell are 100% authentic.

What is the expiration date for my product?

Cosmetic and skincare products will not have a set expiration date as a product's shelf life may
vary based on when it is opened, and how it is used/stored. Instead, skincare products display
what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.

We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.
